Code 128 Code Set B
Code 128 barcodes can be one of three varieties. One is Code 128 code set B. The difference between the three code sets is the character set that they can encode. In other words, each of the Code 128 barcode code sets can represent different types of data.

Code 128 code set B barcodes are alphanumic and closely mimic the lower 128 ASCII characters. Code set B is in some ways the most flexible of the three code sets. It includes both uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and a full range of punctuation.
